Officer Walton was dispatched to the 800 Blk of Caldwell St for a medical assist in which an elderly subject was having trouble breathing. Officer Walton arrived on scene and spoke with the family of the elderly subject, who stated EMS could be cancelled and that they would transport the subject to the hospital.
