The Texas Depart. of Public Safety (DPS) has added Clifford Nelson Locklin Jr., 45, to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list, and a cash reward up to $7,500 is now being offered for information leading to his capture. Locklin, who is affiliated with the Aryan Circle gang, is wanted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, theft and parole violation.
