Several motorists reported an 18-wheeler stalled out on FM 696 blocking traffic. Cpl Rudolph assisted DPS with traffic control until a wrecker came.
A caller reported a white Dodge SUV went into the ditch on Hwy 21 approx ¼ mile west of FM 1624 in Lincoln. Deputy Nelson assisted Trooper McCoy.
